Coffee Hour is our home and a safe space for private events and intimate gatherings. Our cozy, welcoming ambience makes the perfect setting for private events such as book signings, business meetings, bible studies, worship nights, and so much more.
To ensure all private events at Coffee Hour Cafe runs smoothly, safely, and align with our shop’s mission of hospitality and excellence.
What We Offer

During hours
If available you can reserve a minimum of 1 + hours.
Monday to Saturday from 8am to 2pm.
Sundays no available.
After hours
Minimum rental time are 2 hours. Maximum rental time are 4 hours.
Monday to Saturday 4pm- 6pm or 6:45 pm- 8:45pm.
Sundays not available.

Conference Room = 6 to 8 reception
Coffee Hour Living Room = 50 reception
Any event during hours will be semi private.

Monday to Saturdayfrom 8am-3pm

CONFERENCE ROOM
Monday to Saturday from 8am - 3pm
2 hour Bible studies complimentary
$30/ hr. for private reservations

Sip & Share package: Coffee or Juice+ Pastries = $8 per person
The Fellowship Package: Coffee or Juice + Croissant Sandwiches = $13 per person
The Gathering Package: Coffee or Juice+ Croissant Sandwiches+ Pastries= $15 per person
